We do not offer online purchasing.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail to order wine.
You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive
alcoholic beverages.
PRICING:
Prices are subject
to change without notice. Liner & Elsen is not
responsible for pricing errors that may occur on our
website or in other offers.
AVAILABILITY:
Please contact us
to confirm availability of any item mentioned online.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will check price,
quantity and availability. Payment will confirm your
order, which will be shipped or held for future delivery
(see "Delays").
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your order,
we may require payment of 5% for re-stocking. Returns
will not be accepted unless the wine is corked or
flawed; once the wine has been held by you for six
months or longer, we cannot accept returns for any
reason.
PAYMENT: We
accept payment by check, Visa, MasterCard and American
Express.

For many of our wines, we offer case discounts:
Mixed cases — 10% off retail price
Full cases — wholesale cost + 10%
Full-case discounts are already shown for those wines
in our
current newsletter.

WINE: Wine
shipping is governed by state law. Please contact
us to determine whether we can ship to you. If outside
shipments are not allowed in your state, you may wish
to provide an alternative shipping address in a legal
state, or the address of a third-party storage facility.
BEER: We
regret, but Oregon law prohibits the shipment of beer.
SHIPPERS: We
will provide shipping costs at the time you order
your wine. We ship by UPS or FedEx, which require
an adult signature to deliver wine; they will not
accept a "signature on file" order. Shippers will
not accept postal box addresses, and they will not
leave your shipment at the door or with a neighbor.
We recommend that you ship to a business address whenever
possible. The U.S. Post Office does not ship wine.
DELAYS: We
may delay shipping due to bad weather between Oregon
and your location. We will cellar your order at no
additional charge until we can ship to you. If you
instruct us to ship your wine regardless of our policy,
we will not replace damaged wine.
