Why Would A Wine Shop Sell Olive Oil?

In our journeys, we've found that some of the best wine estates also produce amazingly complex, rich and flavorful extra virgin olive oils.

The estates lavish the same care and devotion on their olive oils as they do on their famous wines. These oils are created as distinctive vintages -- some are even single-varietal bottlings. They can be tasted, rated, even paired with specific foods.

We enjoy the chance to share some of our discoveries. Most of these oils are in limited supply, available to us as vintages come to market. We'll continue to select and offer the finest ones we find. Enjoy!

Note: Estate-quality olive oil is suitable for longer storage if stored at constant temperature, away from light and heat sources.
