:: Friday Evening Tastings ::

Great tastings held on the first and third Fridays of each month. We serve a “flight” of five wines and usually a super-pour (extra $ and optional). Informal and fun. Served from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tasting fee.

Sept. 4 - We present a dazzling array of wines from Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

Sept. 18 - Terrific Red and White wines from Spain: Get ready to be blown away by our newest selection of world-class wines from Spain!

Oct. 2 - Great White Bordeaux: You’ve tried the famous reds - now enjoy Bordeaux’s other great varieties!

 



:: Saturday Afternoon Tastings ::

Our select samplers are poured on Saturday, starting at noon
and until the well runs dry. There is no charge.

Sept. 5 - From La Belle France: Le G de Chateau Guiraud Bordeaux Blanc, Henri Perrusset Macon-Villages, Dom. Chofflet-Valdenaire Givry, Ch. Haut-Peyrous Graves, and Berthet-Rayne Cairanne.

Sept. 12 - Tutti Italia: Terredora Dipaolo Rosænovæ Rosato, Matteo Correggia Roero Arneis, Vadiaperti Greco di Tufo, Benanti Rossodiverzella, Scarpa RossoScarpa, and Franco Serra Langhe Nebbiolo.

Sept. 19 - Great wines from Spain: Columna Albarino, Rogo Godello, and Cellers Santamaria Gran Recosind. Plus, an array of deliciousness from France: Dom. de Margui Rose, Dom. des Forges Anjou Rouge, and Dom. le Couroulu Vin de Pays de Vaucluse.

Sept. 26 - Jackson Maberry will pour a superb set of wines from Seven Hills Winery in Washington. Plus, wines from here and there: Giocato Sauvignon Blanc (Slovenia), Matello Pinot Noir Whistling Ridge (Oregon), and Falchini Vernaccia Vigna a Solatio, Falchini Paretaio, and D’Angelo Aglianico del Vulture (Italy).

2012 CHANDON DE BRIAILLES
BURGUNDY TASTING

Thursday, Sept. 10, 6:30 p.m.

Please join Doug Culver from C&G Wines for a tasting of the red and white Burgundies of Domaine Chandon de Briailles. The focus will be the 2012 vintage, plus a few older vintages.

This will be our 16th annual tasting of what we consider some of the best valued wines in all of Burgundy – guaranteed to impress!

Seating is limited and pre-payment is required. $75 per seat.

Friday, Sept. 25, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

We welcome Alfonso Gagliano, brand ambassador from Sella & Mosca, as we taste the superlative wines from this great Sardinian winery.

No reservations are required.
Tasting fee: $10.
