How do I set up an Account?
When you log in to your account on our web store, you can see your shopping cart from any computer, track purchases, and review shipments.

How do I check my Account?
Look for the "My Account" link on every page of the website, or log in at the shopping cart area on the shopping pages.

How will you confirm my order?
We review all orders for availability, and will confirm your order when it is processed. If you required shipping, we will also notify you when your order is sent.

When will I be charged for my order?
Orders are charged when price, quantity and availability are confirmed. We will notify you when payment is received.

IN-STORE PICKUP: Can I order online and pick up my order at the store?
Yes. Just select the "Pick Up At: Liner & Elsen" shipping option when you add items to your cart. You can even specify your expected pick up date. We will confirm your order and send you a message that it's ready.

CURBSIDE PICKUP: Call us from our parking lot, and we'll bring out your order.

Heat and cold can damage wine, and we do not typically ship during summer and winter unless you opt for “express” shipping.
