This red is two parts Gamay and one part Chardonnay co-fermented before 7 months in fiberglass. It has the flavor and structure of red wine but the freshness of a white.
Tasting notes: nose is organic earth, overripe rainier cherry, strawberry, farmyard, (burgundian) pepper. Palate is rounder, red berries and pepper, very fresh seeming.
