This is taken from the finest fruit in Chris's estate vineyard. It is the richest and deepest wine of the set, with notes of lime zest, dried apples, lemongrass and toasted walnuts on the nose. The palate drops to basso profundo notes, with rich tangarine oil, blood orange, lime zest and flinty minerality. Luscious and lively in equal parts all the way through the finish.
