Cara Sucia is a winery dedicated to the indigenous grapes of Argentina, grapes that predate the marketing boom of modern Argentine wines. In this red, the varieties are Bonarda, Syrah, Sangiovese, Cardinal, Bequignol, Barbera, and Buonamico. They're organically farmed, gently pressed and un-manipulated in the winery, for a well balanced wine with fresh berry fruits, tarry earth and a savory backbone.
