Drawn from Cameron's estate and other sites in the Dundee Hills, the vines are an average of 40-50 years old.40-50yo vines. There is a measured dose of Pinot Blanc to add a touch of steely minerality. The aroma is full of fresh pears, white strawberry, orange zest and the barest suggestion of wintergreen. The palate is on the lighter side with plenty of lees influence to give it a creamy accent. There are peaches, lemons, with razor sharp acidity and a burst of crusty brioche and salt that arrives on the finish.
