HOW TO BUY:  Online shopping is available for wine, olive oil, and glassware. As always, you may contact us directly to order wine by email or phone.

  • If you don't see a wine or vintage you want, please contact us to see if it can be special ordered.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. By ordering, you certify you are of age.
  • We accept payment by all major cards. You may apply a gift card as full or partial payment for your purchase. If you have a gift card from before 1/1/2023, please contact us to have it updated for our new system. 
  • Refunds will be credited to the payment option you used for the purchase.

Can you special order a wine that's not in the inventory?
Absolutely, we do this all the time! If you don't see a wine or vintage you want, please contact us we will try to special order it for you.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:  Current vintages: If you cancel an order that has already been confirmed for more than 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Returns will not be accepted unless the wine is corked or flawed; once the wine has been held by you for 30 days or longer, we cannot accept returns for any reason. Older vintages: Wine is sold as is, and returns cannot be credited.

PRE-ARRIVAL ORDERS / FUTURES: Pre-Arrivals are wines that have been offered to us by wineries or suppliers before they are released on the market. These wines may be in very high demand and available in limited amounts, or may be offered at very good prices. When offered in our online store, all pre-arrival orders must be fully pre-paid. Purchase guarantees eventual receipt of the wine, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, as we are often ordering these wines well in advance of their release to our market.

DISCOUNTS: Full case orders — 10% off the retail price
SHIPPING: Wine shipping is governed by state law. If you are unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact us. If outside shipments are not allowed in your state, you may wish to provide an alternative shipping address in a legal state, or the address of a third-party storage facility. International shipping is unavailable at this time.
HOW WE SHIP:  We will provide shipping costs at the time you order your wine. An adult signature is required to deliver wine; shippers will not accept a "signature on file" order. Shippers will not accept postal box addresses, and they will not leave your shipment at the door or with a neighbor. We recommend that you ship to a business address whenever possible. The U.S. Post Office does not ship wine.
SHIPPING ORDERS OVER THREE CASES: We have shipping rates built up to three cases (36 bottles) of wine. If you would like to ship an amount greater than this, please place two orders. This will ensure the best shipping rate. 
SHIPPING DELAYS: If we delay shipping due to bad weather between Oregon and your location, we will cellar your paid order at no additional charge until we can ship to you. If you instruct us to ship your wine regardless of our policy, we will not replace damaged wine.
IN-STORE PICK UP: To pick your wine up at our store, just select the "Pick Up" shipping option when you add items to your cart. You can even specify your expected pick up date. We will confirm your order and send you a message that it's ready.


By using this Site you state, represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. By placing an order for wine, you state, represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and covenant that your order will be received by someone 21 years of age or older; you acknowledge that adult signatures are required for all deliveries of wine or spirits and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liner & Elsen Wine Merchants, Liner & Elsen, their affiliates, owners, officers, agents and employees for any and all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, resulting from any breach of this provision.
