The wine has a nose of perfectly ripe wild strawberries, acacia flowers, white peach, lime zest, white pepper and limestone flecked minerality. The palate is beautifully soft and on the full side of medium bodied, with bright strawberry fruit, citrus elements, and peppery earth, before zesty acidity bursts on the finish and leaves a vivid impression of strawberries and limes on the finish. 12% abv and bursting at the seams with energy.
