This wine is elegant, fine grained, and fresh. Aged six months in large, 100 year old barrels, there’s very little standing between the garrigue laced soil, the strawberry fresh grapes, and our noses. The palate is silky, and the finish echoes for a full minute with sea breeze, herbs, and juicy fresh fruit.
