Olga Raffault's wines are famous for their ability to age. However, they're less well known for sometimes being white. The Champ-Chenin is a gorgeous reminder of both Olga's talents and Chenin Blanc's persistence if it's given time to develop in the cellar. Like all great aged Chenin, this wine has hardly lost a step of acidity and fruit, while waxy honeycomb and delicate herbs and earth notes have multiplied over the last decade
