The nose has an intense note of poached pear, with white strawberry, orange blossom, rock salt and quinine. The palate is full bodied and both tastes and feels like an overripe pear, with Cara Cara orange accents and some salt on the finish. Sub this in for white Burgundy without missing a beat.
