On the left bank of the Armancon River in the heights of the commune of Tonnerre, the vines of this lieu-dit "Les Huees" are planted at the foot of a south-east facing slope. They sit on a poor clay-limestone soil, very stony at its peak, with late and middle kimmeridgien subsoil, dating from the Jurassic period. Hand-harvested and vinified without any added yeasts. Aged for a long period in stainless steel and barrels. This parcel produces only 4000 bottles per year.
