The organically farmed Hyland Estate is a jewel of the McMinnville district in the Willamette Valley, and their grapes are sought after by winemakers across the valley. It turns out, they can make a pretty good wine too! The Old Vine Pinot Noir is a bit bolder than the average Oregon Pinot Noir, with a well knit undercarriage of tannin supporting deep berry flavors, baking spices from a touch of new oak, and a deep waft of red rose.
