An orange wine from the Santameriana variety, named for the only village where it grows in Achean Greece. 

Nose of quince, cara cara orange reduction, pear butter, chicken drippings. Palate is rip roaring intense, talc tannin, super strong quince paste and orange gummies, sorbetto texture, finish rounds into smoked herbs and a dash of salt.
