Fade to Black is our sparkling cuvee of fermented red currants, chamomile kefir, fig leaf and pine needle kvass. 

Muri is inspired by- and a product of - the gastronomic community in Copenhagen. Particularly the city's accumulated expertise in fermentation. Muri uses different types of fermentations to build a wall of flavor, in a small-batch, fermented infusion for the modern lifestyle.

Serve slightly chilled in a wine glass. Keep refrigerated after opening.
