Tsolikouri is one of Georgia's finest white varieties. At Baia's, they seem to highlight the floral aromatics and acidity of the grape with this pure, lightly skin-contacted wine. With 3 months in Qvevri, this is a true orange wine, but it's less intensely tannic than some.
