Fresh fruit nose, with cherry and strawberry, sweet cinnamon, black pepper, and a little fresh turned earth. The palate offers more cherry, a touch of orange oil, a whiff of tobacco, and plenty of organic earth. Texture is silky, though the tannins build slowly towards the finish.
