The nose is one of the deepest and darkest we've ever gotten from a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, giving strong Vosne-Romanee vibes. Pitch black cherry, blackberry, and toasted orange peel, with herb-scented underbrush growing out of clay-rich earth. Palate is full bodied and silky, with dusty clay bricks, blackberry and plum compote, earth and orange oil linger throughout finish.
