100% Grenache Blanc from a single plot, farmed organically by hand. The vineyard is a classic type for the domaine, the calcareous black shale called Calschistes d’Albien, at almost 1000 feet of elevation. In the cellar, the wine spent a week on the skins in neutral fiberglass tanks, before aging in sandstone amphora.

Tangerine, applesauce, Werther's original, golden raisin, sage, and yellow raspberry. The palate is luxurious, filled with golden raisin, candied kumquat, the barest hint of tannin comes through thanks to 1 week of skin contact. Orange peel lingers on the finish.
