The traditional white of Colares, Malvasia makes magic in this sandy soil. Aromas of smoky lemon, orange zest, dried herbs and crusty salt. The palate shows a creamier texture moderated by some time in barrel, with flavors of smoky soil, apples, ginger and granite.
