"Supple and warming aromatics of ripe raspberries and blackberries, garrigue, sweet chai spiuces, and dark chocolate lead the introduction. With air, darker notes of coffee, roasted plum, and licorice weave through the red fruit and spice aromas. On the palate, the wine is muscular yet supple, with flavors of cacao, raspberry, and baker's chocolate. The tannins present like dark chocolate at this point, providing some chew and tension."
