Lledoner Pelut and Macabeu are not often blended together, and they're never blended together to make a white wine, but here we are. Two of Catalan country's most iconic grapes come together here to make a spectacularly interesting and stunningly  delicious wine. Camembert and roasted pears, potpourri, dried rose petals, cinnamon bark, lavender , strawberry turkish delight, orange zest. Palate is bright, clean, with flavors of flowers and strawberries. Lemon zest lingers on the finish. Yum.
