There's something about great Chenin Blanc that keeps us coming back time after time. Domaine de la Roche Bleue is one of the more important domaines in this northern Loire appellation, famous for making vivid, crystalline Chenin Blanc in the electric style of the area. The 2022 edition has all the usual electricity combined with the richness and warmth of the vintage. Aromas of Fresh lemon, red apple, honeycomb, Cara Cara orange, and big flaky salt crystals. The Palate is vivid with apple and pear fruit, brine, with tangerine and peach emerging on the mid-palate and carrying through the finish. Fruit lingers with just a touch of buckwheat honey.
