A beautiful blend of Grenach, Carignan, and Syrah, this wine is playfully named for the wild boars that plague the vineyards of Roussillon. It is also a joy to drink, with meaty notes (a whiff of roast pork perhaps?) coexisting with broad-spectrum fruit and savory spices.
