A delicious red from one of Southwest France's most iconic red varieties, Fer Servadou. Ghislain Montrozier works organically in the vineyard and uses native yeast in the cellar to yield a delicate, aromatic, yet profound example of the grape. Dark berry fruits like blackberry and blueberry alongside notes of tilled black earth and savory herbs. The wine is low in alcohol, but not light in texture, and perfect for heady stews or carefully made duck.
