100% Listán Blanco from Los Frontones in Granadilla de Abona. This is a rare and special vineyard located at an altitude of 1687 meters in southwestern Tenerife; it is the highest known vineyard in Europe. The vines are own-rooted and planted 80+ years ago. Whole-cluster fermentation takes place over 10 days on the skins. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is gently pressed and racked to 1000l wooden tanks, where it ages for 8 months on its lees. It ages 1.5 years in bottle before being released to the market. Unfined/unfiltered.

Tasting notes: Bright orange in both color and aroma, with notes of dried spices and citrus peels, pepper and coriander. The palate is structured, with surprising tannic grip and notes of orange, apricot, and salty minerality.
