Classic Chenin Blanc nose of apple sauce, beeswax, a hint of white strawberry, pepper, and flint. palate is restrained, with some of the creamy texture you would expect from a warm vintage, but still plenty of life and a crisp edge with pear tart flavors, including a sprinkle of cinnamon.
