Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the finest Trebbiano in the world. High elevation, ancient and own rooted vines in a once nearly forgotten vineyard, planted above the water table so yields are painfully small. Unfined, unfiltered, unoaked. Winemaker Cristiana Tiberio does her best to simply stay out of the way of the vines in making this stunning Trebbiano.

A luminous wine. Straw yellow color, tinged with green. Very mineral, with green apple, apricot, tangerine, lemon peel and nuances of white flowers and anise. Vibrant, precise, crystalline. Rich and tactile mouthfeel with a laser beam of lemony acidity. Finishes long with harmonious minerality and a flinty yet creamy texture.
