There was a stark contrast between the Pinot Noirs in 2023, as Abbey Ridge's elevation yielded a delicate textured wine with head-spinning complexity. Aromas start with strawberry, fresh tilled earth, red roses, toasted orange peel, garam masala, and  tomato leaf. The palate is silky, light to medium bodied, with flavors of fresh strawberry and baking spices like cinnamon and cardamom, before a note of orange peel appears on the finish.
