This wine is a blend of 64% Gewurztraminer, 21% Pinot Gris, and 15% Chardonnay, left to macerate on the skins in a cement egg for 274 days. The result is a bright orange wine with flavors wide ranging all over the citrus spectrum, a pleasing kick of tannins, and satisfying spicy finish. An odd and yummy wine for all seasons.
