"Enveloping aromas of crushed strawberries are held firm with notes of grapefruit and a secondary orange fruit layer of apricot and peach. On the palate, brimming linear flavors of grapefruit and pomelo are followed with rounder red fruit notes on the finish. Flavors and aromas are marked with a crushed stone like minerality. 100% Pinot Noir which was partially crushed with the remainder whole bunch pressed."
