Like all his wines, the "P" (For Perricone) ages in stainless steel tanks for as long as Francesco thinks it needs to. He has no particular release schedule, he just waits for his wines to naturally stabilize and for the flavors to harmonize, summoning all the savory elegance of old-school Italian red wine. This edition shows aromas of tamarind, dried cherries and blackcurrant, white pepper and wood spices and burnt orange peel. The palate is full, with seamlessly integrated tannins, tasting of dried berries and baking spices.
