The Syncline Picpoul does indeed ‘sting the lips’ with acidity. While most American Picpoul tends to have a softer personality than the Mediterranean version, the Mantones have worked hard to preserve the salty core of the wine. Notes of grapefruit, lemon verbena, and lime zest round out the aromas neatly.
