We sourced the viognier fruit from Les Collines in Walla Walla, which sits right on the WA/OR border. Fermented and aged in 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral oak with no malolactic fermentation.

As fresh as a peach can be, with spring blossoms all around. This is a magnificently clean cut Viognier, calibrated to show off the maximum fruit punch the variety can show, but with freshness and crisp texture that's very rare for this moody variety.
