A Field blend from Dupee Valley Vineyard (McMinnville) Abbey Road Farms (Yamhill-Carlton) and Little Button (Chehalem). Aged in 69% stainless steel, 27% neutral French oak and 4% new French oak, on lees for one year with weekly battonage.

Proper Chardonnay is all about finding the perfect balance point between slow-developing flavors, creamy texture and fresh-cut acidity. It's not easy to hit that mark, but this is what happens when a winery nails it. Beautifully balanced citrus-splosive fruit and a hint of brioche, powered by a live current of acidity.
